The final departure times will be sent at least 2 days before the start of the trip by email. Please Note: Due to the availability of multiple departure cities, we would like to let you know that If you are planning on traveling with a friend and want to stay in the same accommodation, we recommend that you book from the same departure location to ensure you will remain together for the trip. Your accommodation will include a 2-night stay at our partner hotel, with a maximum of 2-3 beds per room. Please note that there is no additional charge for room upgrades. However, due to a limited number of double rooms, we will contact you prior to your trip to confirm your room arrangements. If you’re traveling with three people, we will do our best to accommodate your request and arrange the room accordingly. Important: If there are fewer than 10 participants from a departure city, that departure may be cancelled. Travelers will be informed 2 days before departure and will receive a ticket to the nearest available departure city for the trip. Photocopies or electronic versions of these documents are not acceptable. Original documents must be presented to board on the bus.
Please do not forget any of the above stated documents! Travellers without valid identity & visa documents will not be allowed to join us! Please consider the fact that your seats will be reserved, therefore in such case we will not be able to refund the paid amount!
