Non-EU citizens must carry a valid passport and either a residence permit or visa
Photocopies or electronic versions of these documents are not acceptable. Original documents must be presented to board on the bus.
Please do not forget any of the above stated documents! Travellers without valid identity & visa documents will not be allowed to join us! Please consider the fact that your seats will be reserved, therefore in such case we will not be able to refund the paid amount!
The arrangement with respect to tickets and departure location is very bad, and people are very irresponsible in replying on time. If you are deducting money from a person’s account, you should work in that manner. Having said that, you should have clarity about your departure location earlier, what to show and what to not on-site, so that people will not get confused and do their booking and planning accordingly.
You simply show the charges for departure locations, and you simply deduct the money later on. You will send the mail with different locations—such a nonsense thing, I would say. If you are not departing from that location, what is the point of showcasing it on the website?
The people choose your trip guides, not UNIFLUCHT. To be honest, they are the ones who make people’s lives easy, especially Nikole 🙂
