ood day,
I would like to file a complaint against Uniflucht for the disastrous organization of the trip back from Paris to Mannheim on January 1st, 2026.
Please find below the main reasons:
1. Our point of contact, Mrs. Tia (+49 157 30260719) demonstrated incredible lack of communication, professionalism and had a condescending behavior towards the participants. On several occasions, her phone was offline, could not contact her. When finally confronted, she said it wasn’t her fault, very nonchalant. Her lack of empathy was astonishing. Never said “sorry”, never said “I apologize”. There were serious confrontational discussions and things were one step from escalating to a serious physical assault with the two other friends of hers, who had the same unprofessional and nasty comments.
2. My 9 year old daughter had frozen feet because of the extreme cold night waiting for the bus for hours outside. Now she has a cold, might not go to school on Monday. This is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. I will contact our doctor.
3. Tia said to be at the meeting point at 00:45, not to be late. Guess what: she was the one late, and so was the bus, which arrived over 2 hours later. She was saying her phone battery died and she was asking the participants for a charger. She blamed the driver. Unbelievable!!!!
This was a terrifying experience for my daughter, my wife and my relatives. There will be consequences.
I require immediate compensation before I escalate this with my legal representative.
I expect an immediate response.
