If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This so-called “bus trip” to Strasbourg was nothing short of pure torture, and everyone needs to know just how shockingly horrible this company is.
First of all, the bus was unbelievably, irresponsibly late. Not a short delay, not even an hour — we were left waiting so long that it felt like the bus company simply forgot we existed. No updates, no apology, no communication whatsoever. Just total incompetence on full display.
And once the bus finally dragged itself into the station, we stepped into an even bigger disaster. They had the audacity — the absolute nerve — to put a bathroom restriction on a long-distance trip. Are you kidding me? Who thinks it’s acceptable to trap paying customers for hours with NO access to the restroom? It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright cruel.
The entire journey felt like a punishment rather than transportation. Uncomfortable seats, zero consideration for passengers, and staff who clearly couldn’t care less. By the end, I wasn’t just disappointed — I was furious.
Let me be crystal clear:
Do. Not. Book. With. This. Company. Ever.
Unless you enjoy unnecessary suffering, hours of wasted time, and being treated like luggage instead of a human being, stay as far away from them as possible.
I will never use their service again, and honestly, I hope nobody else has to endure the disaster I went through. This company needs a serious wake-up call.
